This free educational course is specifically designed for those who are just beginning their fitness journey or returning after a long hiatus or injury. Our primary objective is to educate and train individuals of all ages, genders, and physical conditions.

The SOTKA program spans 100 days, during which you will receive daily doses of valuable information and engage in training complexes comprised of fundamental bodyweight exercises.

SOTKA is divided into two extensive theory blocks, each addressing all the major topics and answering your most pressing questions.

BASIC Block (Day 1 to Day 49):
